Pristine B. De Guzman

Pristine studied at Our Lord’s Grace Montessori School and pursued her bachelor’s and law degrees at San Beda College, Manila. She started her legal career as a law clerk at the Court of Appeals of the Philippines and then as a Court Attorney. Later that year, she was appointed as Executive Vice President at the Philippine Life-Saving Equipment Corporation. Also in the same year, she became a licensed real estate broker and founded PDG Realty and Development Corporation. 


After passing the New York State Bar in 2016, she expanded her services to assist multinational companies in various legal matters.


Pristine’s legal portfolio includes handling hundreds of court cases within an 8-year span. Throughout her career, Pristine has demonstrated expertise in business law, litigation, family law, administrative and labor law, handling high-profile criminal and civil cases. Her experience includes working with local and multinational clients on diverse and complex business projects and transactions.


Pristine is motivated by big, impactful projects that have the potential to change lives, such as her work on a $177 billion infrastructure initiative in the Philippines.  Her expertise extends to facilitating multi-billion-dollar financing agreements between the Philippine government and global institutions such as the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and Korea Export-Import Bank (KEXIM). As legal advisor to the Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for over 5 years, Pristine played an integral role in the Philippines’ largest infrastructure program, contributing to the creation of over 6.5 million jobs. She was also instrumental in implementing grant agreement projects with the Chinese government worth over $90 million, ensuring their successful completion.


In October 2021, Pristine joined the Local Water Utilities and Administration (LWUA) as Corporate Board Secretary and advisor to the Head of Agency. In this capacity, she was appointed as a sixth member and Director of a Local Water District and participated in various committees on Finance and Human Resource Management.

As of 2022, Pristine works as a private attorney serving clients around the world.
